You should be able to contact your insurance provider and ask for sex therapy, or if you are a bit shy about it, make an appointment with a marriage therapist and then ask that person for a recommendation for a sex therapist. I hate to say it, but it sounds like your marriage (or at least some portion of your long-term satisfaction) is on the line... don't waste time.
