Yeah, I hear her on the texture issue. There are days when I have to make that run for the bathroom, because I just can't get it down. For me, semen has quite possibly the worst texture of any liquid I've voluntarily held in my mouth... especially when it is thick/slimy. That just about does it for me sometimes, triggering the gag reflex, but one can train the mind to not reject it outright.
What about you coming on her face (around her lips, while she keeps them closed so she doesn't have to taste it), and then licking/tasting it yourself? It's almost the same thing, and that way she doesn't even have to swallow it. Or if she doesn't like facials, maybe if you came on another part of her body and licked it from there... it's possible.
Have you explained to her how hot you think it would be to try this? If you approach it from the "I think you're sexy" stance rather than the "here's more pressure to do something you don't like" stance, there's a better chance of success. Is she generally open to other new sexual things? Let us know how it goes.
