I don't know if it's just because this is my first cycle on it, but my cycle wasn't any shorter, and I have moodiness still (ask poor hubby, LOL!). It's helped with the constant pain (to a point, at least I can now control it with midol) and the extreme tired-ness, but I wanted more. I'll go for another 2 months, and if I'm still not getting the relief I wanted, I'm gonna try Yaz.
