In the movie the exorcism of emily rose, the lawyer defending the priest would be awoken at 3 am for many nights during the trial. She later learned that 3 am is the hour of the antichrist (or something like that) being that christ supposedly died at 3pm and the opposite would be 3 am. I haven't heard this elsewhere but I figured i would throw it out there.
