Sometimes threads take on a life of their own, like crystals.

I will admit that I started off the thread on a humorous note. BUT that does not mean I didn't think host made an interesting point via a theory that may or may not have been completely serious.
Yes, I think it is ironic that GW goes on about how much "they" hate us for our freedoms while at the same time effectively chipping away at those very same freedoms when we're not looking. Kind of like the way my middle daughter chipped away at the vinyl covering the arm rests in the back seat of my old Toyota. One day I looked back there...and I all I could see was exposed foam.
