I think the blood doesnt affect you, unless it somehow gets into your fluid system. Like if you dirnk it or soemthing, I believe in "28 days later" it dropped on some guys eye and he was like "gg nub". But if it did get on your skin it would be safe to wipe it off asap, cuz you dont wanna learn through osmosis at this point.
