I just watched an episode of Grey's Anatomy where exactly that happened!
A couple of divorcees got back together for a fling and her IUD got stuck on his piercing - they got rolled into the ER with her still on top and him wincing in pain everytime she moved. It was funny as hell to watch...I guess it'd suck being on the receiving end of that.
I can't offer any advice or nothin' - best consult a medic about it. But if Grey's writers can think it up, it can't be that far-fetched...right?
