Apples, then (I dare you to eat 1000 calories in apples). Or high fiber (caliroies cannot be digested, so eat plenty of oats, legumes, barley, flaxseeds, fruits, vegetables and psyllium) that can essentially become a mass in digestion that helps you feel full longer.
If you're having trouble, try swollowing a few fiber tablets or drinking a liquid with a soluable fiber compound in it before you eat.
People with a healthy diet and exercise routine do not need apetite supression, though. I'd strongly suggest you get at least 1 hour of exercise a day and follow the diet instructions I layed out before.
