Our neighbors used to call the cops on us every single New Year's Eve for shooting off fireworks. Yes, New Year's Eve. Ugh.
My girlfriend definitely has some questionable neighbors - every Saturday morning their little girl throws a temper tantrum and the parents let it fizzle out instead of dealing with it. Usually lasts around 3 hours of pure Screamfest®
