why don't you take the dog to the vet, it obviously has some kind of condition that has probably happened to other dogs and that the vet is therefore probably aware of. i mean if your eyes were cloudy and you couldn't see shit in front of you what would you do, i hope not post on a message board, you'd go to the doctor (then again there ARE people who post shit like, "help! I'm bleeding from the anus! what do I do?"). so yeah, i have no idea, but the vet probably does.
