Two thoughts:

Two: JS is clearly a smarter man. Sometimes, when we can't break our negative thought patterns, it helps to have someone else help us break them. I.e. you can't stop yourself from thinking it, but JS doesn't think it... and you love him, and you know he's got great taste and standards and things.... so maybe he's right. Maybe he can help you see you the way we would see you. You're beautiful just as you are.
As one of my best teachers once told me.... You are enough. We should all try to remember that. We are enough.
