Just like men's tastes differ between hair color, breast size, and body shape, they also differ when it comes to the more intimate parts. To many guys playing with, and performing oral sex on, a woman with larger labia can be more enjoyable, and a bigger turn on. Having had normal lockerroom type talk with many guys, I'd say that it is quite common, or at the very least a nearly even split, for guys to actually prefer girls like ghostgirl.
