| definently dont take meds for it
 just pick a time you want to wake up around and wake up then, and go to bed when you get tired
 
 after a few days your body will get on a schedule, do as much as you can to stay on that schedule...
 
 I wake up at 8 or 9 every day, even on weekends to keep my schedule going during the semester.
