Believe whatever you want, but check my profile and my journal. The bank that owns my company (which is based in NC) is a direct competitor of Citibank, and I spend a good portion of my time competing against them on one of their insurance products for West Coast construction liability. I have never worked for Citibank or any of their subsidiaries.
I happen of have had one of Citibank's since college, and I had a good experience when something went wrong. I shared my experience.
