Costco or Sam's Club. They have everything you need: food, clothing, freezers to store the meat, plenty of water. Also, the architecture of the warehouse would be capable of not allowing any intruders into the building. Unlike a shopping mall, there are few points of entry, making it easier to guard entrances.
