If the word slavery appears in a translation of the bible and is wrong, the translation is bad. Not necessarily that part of the original text. If I translated the original text of
The Will to Power into english in a way that advocated anti-semitism, that's my fault, not Nietzsche's.
And while a bad interpretation could possibly reflect upon the work being interpreted, it could also be entirely the fault of the interpreter.
