you can try the us proxy rout, it should work, but.... its also posible the the transfer rate will be to low to realy alow you to watch the shows.
I watch most of my tv online now, from the site you listed and from NBC's similar site.
with the right programs you can download flash like this that was never meant to be downloaded.
I dont do it very often but when I do I use an add on to firefox called unplug.
