Hey,

How do I make sure my wireless card is active?

As well, all I have on my desktop is a recycle bin, no 'My Network Places'. So, I access it through control panel..I know the options you are referring to, but they are not there.

I think I need to tell my computer that I have a wireless network card, but I do not know how to do that.

I click on Add Hardware, but it does not say anything about a wireless network card. How can I get windows to detect it?

I dont even know how to find out which card I have to download the drivers...
