Just to clarify things... I am not judging her for giving a guy a blow job and letting him take a picture. She's an adult and I have done such things myself (of course, not with my sister). However, given the nature of the photo and knowing my sister, this is NOT the type of photo where she was being paid to engage in the sex act and be photographed or where she thought it would be posted for the public to see.

I am also not interested in kicking the ass of the guy who posted it. But it is wrong to post photos of old girlfriends w/o their permission - regardless of what copyright laws might say. To the extent some guy violated this trust, I do believe he should have to answer to my sister for it.

Finally, while it is impossible to wipe the photo from every website and every hard drive to which it may have been downloaded, it would be good to limit the damage by having it at least taken down from sites where it is known to exist. At this point I plan on emailing the webmaster for site where I saw the photo so that it is removed. I might also send an anonymous email to my sister, so she is put on "notice" and can call the jerk who posted the photo.
