I have never experienced this.......and have no desire to. But when I think about it, after I've been going down on her, if she freaks out about kissing me later, I don't like it. So I suppose, given the right circumstances, and assuming it was a big deal to her, I wouldn't throw a fit about it.
I'm in no hurry to try it, but if she REALLY, REALLY got turned on by almost anything, I'd be willing to give it a go for her sake. *shrug*
