If Americans (primarily?) and our species (exclusively) didn't have such a problem with the way we taste and (especially) smell, we might be less goofy, overall. I guess I wouldn't necessarily love it if everybody was as smelly as they could get, but has anybody else appreciated pheromones, as a concept or reality?
Re: goofy; it's said that the aluminum in our deodorants has the ability to make us so.
Re: smelly; just rinse off once in a while and all is well.
Secretions of all sorts have always made me feel like I learned something, even if it was only an effect of the experience. (?)
An author I once read theorized that dogs like the smell of poop because they associate it with sex, and that we don't like it because we associate it with death. Feedback?
