Thanks for the advice on Pyramids.. The pushups arent my prob the situps are, and they really arent that much of one.. However I may try the pyramid thing with them..
BTW I think I have been over running, as I've started to get really bad leg cramps and other crap. I may cut back to just running hard every other day instead of running hard every day.
