Though I would tend to agree with most people to just let it go, and forget about it, I, who has a younger sister, would most definitely not be able to just let something like that go.
Its true that if it was something that looks like she volunteered for, I would definitely ask "why she would go and do that??". But if was something that an ex boyfriend posted, I would confront her with it. (In case she doesnt know) then go find the fucker that did it.
Its a tough call.... I think privately talking to your sister if you are 100% sure it was her, is a good idea, plus it will build more trust amongst you two.
