I have a 360 with the HD Component Cable, which I have connected to my TV. But I'm pretty sure the output I'm getting is not HD.
When I go into the display settings on my xbox, I can't select the HD option. Is there something I'm missing here?

Ignore this, just found the little 'HD' switch on the cable.
