This is so easy, and every time I make it everyone loves it & begs for this recipe! You can cut this in half and guess at amounts, which I love.
8 Chicken Breasts/with or without parts
1/2 Cup of Butter or Margarine (if desperate or dieting)
2-4 Cloves Garlic, Awww..go ahead & use the minced in the jar for ease
1 Cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese (I do like to grate fresh parmy!)
1/4 Teaspoon White Pepper, So I use Black peeper- cuz it's here...
1 and 1/2 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
Melt butter with the garlic. Mix bread crumbs, cheeses & peeper. Dip your chicks in the butter & coat with bread crumb mixture. Place in a large baking dish. Pour extra bread crumb mixture over your chicken breasts/parts.
Bake 45 Minutes at 350 degrees F. Can't miss. Enjoy!!
