Gaining Weight
Hey, I'm basically a skinny tall guy who's trying to build himself up, and put on some weight so to speak.
I've enrolled in the local gym, I've always been quite an active person and I eat when I'm hungry, but I'm quite skinny. I'm roughly 6 foot and weigh between 60 and 70 kg, (132-154lbs).
I just want to know how I can change my eating habits to help myself gain some weight but I don't want to eat crap food. I'll be going to the gym more and more, so I'm obviously going to be burning a lot of it.
