There are martial artists today that can do some truly unbelievable things, but no one praises them. Why Bruce Lee??
Bruce Lee cannot be compared to any fighter in MMA today. He reached a level of synthesis in his strength, movement, and speed that has never come close to being matched.

Bruce Lee was famous for his phisical abilities for a reason; here's a List of just some of his "feats of strength." (None of these are exaggerations)

• Bruce Lee's striking speed from 60cm away was five hundredths of a second.
• Bruce did one-hand push ups using only 2 fingers
• Bruce was able to break (yes, break) a 70 kg (154 lbs) bag with a sidekick.
• Bruce was able to hold a 57 kg (125 lbs) barbell at arms length in front of him (with elbows locked) for several seconds.
• Bruce could peirce an unopened coke can with his finger
• They had to reinforce his wooden dummy with car parts

Bruce Lee knew how to read an opponent and completely shut them down by intercepting their moves. He trained 3-4, and sometimes 5, hours every single day and was in constant search of ways to improve. More importantly, he was able to apply his knowledge and philosophies, and during a fight he would never hesitate.

In a nutshell, Bruce trained incredibly harder than anyone in MMA today, and focused just as hard on the mental aspect of fighting. He was able to identify his weaknesses and overcome them.

If you want me to get specific just let me know.

Exactly! Bruce was a genius of martial arts, and (even more remarkably) he was able to apply that genius to shape himself into the greatest martial artist the world has ever known.
