I throw my hat into the ring with hagatha. I have an IUD and it's the greatest thing ever. I don't have to worry or even think about birth control for TEN YEARS. And it's even more effective at preventing pregancy than anything else except for a tubal ligation.
However, it's not for everyone, which is why I didn't mention it the first time around. Also, my husband reminded me that when I was all wonky from BC and about to drive him crazy, I was on the nuva ring. I don't really remember precicely how it affected me, but it did drive me insane (quite literally).
