nothing wrong with the smaller hills if the snow is good.
Looks like fortress may go the same way the local ski hill out this way has gone...tits up.

There's still a lot to do before Fortress Mountain can open for another ski season.
The Canadian chair lift is still being serviced and assembled and hasn't passed final inspection.
The main lodge has been shut down by the fire commissioner and the health department for a long list of safety code violations.
Until they're fixed, no one is allowed inside.
