Wow. I think wow pretty much sums it up. I loved the opening scene. I loved the street-running (or whatever that stuff is called) intro to the main plot line.
About my only dislike was how much the movie dragged Spoiler: between climaxes. After Le Chiffre dies, the plot-insofar as the movie is concerned-seems pretty much wrapped up. The only reason I knew something else was supposed to happen is because the movie kept going, which meant something else had to happen, even though there was absolutely nothing in the movie prior to that point that gave me any clue as to where the plot was supposed to be taking me. I would have liked to see some better editing to tie the fallout from the poker game to Vesper's betrayal. My grilfriend and I both squirmed a bit making it through all the honeymoon scenes.
What a great ride, though. Gives me a lot of faith in a series that really looked like it was dying.
