Well, so far so good... sort of.
After professing I'd get back on the wagon (at 224), I had a particularly bad weekend, and managed to gain even more weight, up to 229. Damn. But I turned the boat around and was 225 this morning. Bad habbits are so easy to fall into.
For the life of me, I don't understand how some people can stay at the same weight without doing anything. I'm either gaining or losing weight all the time. That perfect balance still eludes me.
