If Nintendo can deliver a set of good games that are fun to play I think they'll come out the big winners. I don't see Sony or Microsoft losing sales so much as I see Nintendo sneaking in the back door with a product that can appeal to the entire family. Fun games with a wide appeal (even if they don't have the mindblowing graphics that the 360 or the PS3 can crank out) combined with a relatively low price could pick Nintendo up some market share.
Also with the Wii's development costs being significantly lower then the 360 or the PS3 gives it an edge. I still won't put it past Nintendo to blow a good thing though. They've done it before.
