Remove yourself from any influence. If there's a house you hang out at where everyone is constantly smoking, don't go there. You don't have to stop talking to those people, just offer a different form of activity that doesn't involve smoking. In some cases you might have to completely stop talking to certain people.
The first four days will kind of suck. I drank a lot of water to help with the gunk I would spit out of my throat, the physical need to smoke goes away quickly, but the mental want to stays for a while. A rough day, a want to relax. Find something else to keep yourself occupied (working out, reading, new friends who don't smoke). After a month you'll realize that wasn't so bad, and your wallet feels so much heavier after not spending money on the ganj.
