mmm, great ideas! And I love the english muffin pizzas or just plain pizza bread. But it has to be done in the oven to be crispy.
Mine is something I haven't made in forever, but they are really good.
Bagel
Turkey or ham
Bacos
Cheese (American, Swiss, Cheddar, whatever is sliced and on hand)
Cut bagel in half. Place the meat on top and cover with Bacos then top with a slice of cheese. Pop in the microwave for about 45 seconds. Enjoy!
