I like a little bit of the aloe vera vaseline, just a teeny tiny bit to cover the lips so you don't get greasy from it.
Chapsticks and others suck IMO, they don't provide any moisture.
Other than that you could probably find a good (but expensive) moisturiser in a beauty department of a department store.
