Yeah, I like where his character has gone. At first I thought he would just be Evil Corporation Villain, to be another main one like Sylar.

Great question. I found myself asking the same thing. He obviously didn't come back to his friend in the diner like he was supposed to. I wonder what all happened that prevented him from coming back.

No Flying Petrelli Brothers, either! This whole episode focussed on Matt, Isaac and Hiro. This may be a good sign for the show; I've been concerned that the pace of revelation and character-meeting might be too fast to be sustainable through the entire season. If they start zeroing in on certain characters for certain episodes, it's a way to slow down the narrative pace without dampening the excitement of the show.

Yeah, I like what they've done. It was a little oversaturating to have every group of characters in every ep like they had done for those first few. It was nice to see some focus in the storytelling, especially since that focus was on my favorites.
