I really slowed down eating meat a number of years ago but continued to eat fish. It took a bit to get used to not having a steak, but it wasn't a big deal.
I took up hunting two years ago, now I rarely buy beef or pork. I eat grouse instead of chicken, buy organic eggs and never buy farmed fish.
If I didn't enjoy the outdoor experience so much, I probably wouldn’t eat meat.
