OK. So here is the back ground info. I had this gift certificate from like 3 years ago to a music store. So I finaly remember it when I go to the mall, and I buy a Bad Co. cd.

I get home and the thing is warped a little...just enough to hit the bottom on the cd player...So I bend it a bunch, and it plays fine.

So here I am three weeks later, and I decide to listen to Bad Co. Sure enough it bent back...As I rebend it I notice little cracks in the middle from my bending it.

Shit...

Now, here is the question. If I go buy a new one, then go out to my car, switch the cds in the cases, then bring it back and say "Look, its got cracks and it is warped a little, I want my money back"

Will it work?

Or am I going to be better off just copying it (it plays fine, just you can hear it scuff twice every time it goes around)?
