From my point of view as a casual observer of the political process the largest impact will be that the Senate amnesty bill now has an excellent chance of passing the House and becomming law since the house Republicans were the only thing holding it up.
Most everything else will stay the same since Bush has veto power, or am I missing the overall picture here?
