You have the right to choose another resturant. There are plenty of them out there with no smoking policies. Let business owners decide who they want to cater to, not the government.

I quit two weeks ago after 17 years of smoking. If you're serious about quitting go to
http://whyquit.com/ and read up. There is a whole science behind the hows and whys of smoking, moreso than I ever imagined. Once I armed myself with the knowledge found there I quit pretty easily. Do yourself a favor and check it out.
