I gotta add as far as restaurants go, if you like a nice steak...you need to hit "restaurant row" right of I-35, on the FAR North side of Dallas. Stop by a place called "Traildust Steakhouse" best steak you will EVER eat, plus live entertainment on weekends. Here is a map of their locations. http://www.traildust.com/Locations.htm#dallas
