I am so nervous about Tuesday for these very reasons. People have been reacting to Bush/Cheney in such kneejerk fashion for so long, that I'm not sure anyone knows how to think anymore. Obviously, I think that the very idea that "voting Democrat lets the terrorists win" is insulting and ridiculous. BUT I am also concerned that people won't try to vote for the best person, and instead will vote for the "not-Bush" person. They aren't always the same.
