My wife has varied in weight by up to 20kg over the last 10 years, much of it as a result of pregancy (after the fact). She's not into sex as much when she "feels" fat, even though she might only be 80kg, which is far less than some of the people who have posted and have no issues. So on the concept of sex being different with a fat person, my experience suggests that if you're both psychologically okay with however overweight your partner is, the quality of the sex is going to reflect it. Don't forget the biggest sex organ is the mind!
