I'd take you up on that omlette challenge snowy... I too am a mad omlette maker.
Though, my favourite snack in five minutes or less is the simple and ever classic peanut butter and jam sandwich. I could live on them (and to some extent have).
Ch'i... I don't see that taking less than five minutes when you factor in the prep time. It is going to take more than five just to chop it all up (unless you are a samurai). Regardless, it sounds tasty.
