The longest I've ever gone without masturbation was two months---sixty days and sixty nights months without masturbation or sex.
It got really tough towards the end because I was so horny all the time that it interfered with my normal thought processes. Furthermore, I found out the hard way that "blue balls" really does exist, and it was painful for me to walk or sleep on my side because anytime my testicles hit my thighs it would be extremely painful.
Despite all the pain and discomfort, I'm trying to see how much farther I can push myself. I'm currently shooting for 90 days and 90 nights without any sex whatsoever, but I barely make it to 30 days before I give in and masturbate.
