Yes, it does make a difference to some extent. fat can somewhat get in the way by preventing you from coming as close together as skinnier people could. Missionary is probably the worst for this, the larger tummy keeps you farther apart. With a little alterations to your positioning you can 'get in' almost as far though. I have been with both skinny and fat girls and have always been quite satisfied with either one.
