What do you mean by "bad shit"? Do you mean of poor quality, low THC levels, mostly sticks and seeds? Or do you mean laced with something dangerous? If you mean the former, I'm sure that regulated production, or even varied measurments of quality, could be arranged in order to inform the consumer of quality. If you mean the latter, no one is trying to legalize the stuff jays might be laced with now.

How much moonshine have you had lately? Not much? That's because once alcohol was produced legally by companies again, the need for dangerous, pricey, and low quality booze dissapeared. Pot farmers could move into the legal production industry, and distributers could work selling in Costco or Longs Drugs. If they didn't, they'd go broke.

Then we should stop people from smoking cigaretts altogether, since second hand smoke is dangerous. We should also keep people from blaring idiotic rap music in their cars, as the noice polution it creates can be unbearable.
