I agree with everything in this thread but this one just resonates even more.
Oh, and I never thought I'd pay $250 for a vet bill, much less just to clean their teeth every other year!!
And to add to it all, I never thought I'd love "just a dog" as much as I do and now I have a second oen. And now every time I come home I have to remember which one I picked up first the last time I came home just to keep things even because I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings...
