Very nice work. I like how you have the main bedroom opening to the terrace. I have to echo Halx's comment on the tight spaces though. Being an artist myself, as Derwood mentioned as well, a loft-like place is ideal,... wide open spaces and floor-to-ceiling windows. Since you have a pretty courtyard in between the two units, and the guests bedrooms are so tight, windows opening to the courtyard might be nice. I think I see a window on one of them.. maybe. I would love to have a huge, across-the-wall window behind the bed in the main room opening up to the swimming pool. That will be groovy, baby.
