if you are going to cheat, make a save game JUST for the cheated version. NEVER NEVER EVER mix them both.
i got gta3 for pc and it is totally awesome w/o cheats!
i edited the game one way,i changed the speeder boat to look like miss budweiser (another boat) cuz of dale jr (he drives for budweiser!) it's just a skin, no power difference or nothing.
no mods that will change gameplay either.
